Wrestling 2008

This last couple months Braxton and Cooper have been seriously enjoying wrestling. They have been working their tails off!!! Here are a
few pics of their matches.

Cooper is trying to get him with a half, but shouldn't probably be looking at his dad!
Here goes Braxton with the same half. Working their guts out. Lyndon had tons of fun coaching them from his stomach! We all can't wait till next year!

Snowball Continued!!!

Snowball Dance 2008

In many years past we have gone to this snowball dance. Over the last couple of years, Lyndon and I haven't quite made it. The further away we moved the harder it became. My mother volunteers with the hospital and has for many years. This is their annual fundraiser for all the hospital up and coming needs.
Some of you may know, Lyndon is the star of the dance floor in my family. All the niece's wait in line to dance with him. As you can now see, Preslee gets to be first in line! We had a great time. Right up until the end when Lyndon secretly volunteered me for a stinking Karaoke contest. That was so great. I must say!!!

Family Snow Fun!!

Can you even believe it??? Finally I am making a few minutes for our blog! a couple of weeks ago while the dads were out working cows, us ladies took the kids tubing. This tubing hill was out of control!! The kids loved it so much. It was way too fast for me!!! We had the whole weekend with the cousins and siblings. It was a great time! Thanks for the patience! More pics from our weekend!

Pinewood Derby 2007

Ok! So this is our first ever experience with the whole Boy Scouts Pinewood Derby! Braxton was just thrilled about the idea of building this car from a block of wood and then racing it against all of his buddies at scouts. Little did he know, his dad has pretty awesome memories of his own very successful Pinewood Derby races. It was fun to see Lyndon so excited about arousing a childhood memory. This first picture shows Lyndon putting some finishing touches on the car. Braxton was a shadow the whole time.
This is a picture of all the cars lined up before the race. We definitely had the best looking car around. In fact, one of the awards I think he got was for best paint job!

Considering how camera happy I have been lately, you'd think I could nail a better picture than this for such a big day! O well! Braxton had a great time. Though we didn't end up with the fastest car, we for sure ended up with the most grateful child. He really enjoyed all of it.

More Merry Christmas Trees

I thought I should put up a few other pics of our Christmas tree adventure. There were quite a few of us there. My sister and her family went with us. This one group picture of all of us. Grandma was stuck at home with the babies.

This one is my sister, her husband and two of her three kids. What a great memory!
Me and my sis! She is a great sister. We really enjoy our time together.
